Isoplus Piping Systems Ltd are looking for a sales and project coordinator. The role is a crucial link in supporting both internal and external stakeholders, whilst optimizing service, support, order processing and deliveries to ISOPLUS customers.

Primary responsibilities and tasks include:

  • Ordering processing
  • Invoicing
  • Sales Task Coordination
  • Customer Service functions
  • Purchasing and coordination with production facilities
  • Cross departmental collaboration

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Proven experience in internal sales and order processing.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German an advantage
  • Proficient in the ERP system Navision, Outlook, and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for own tasks.

  • Structured and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to handle complex tasks.

Occasional travel outside of the UK may be required.
