Isoplus Piping Systems Ltd are looking for a sales and project coordinator. The role is a crucial link in supporting both internal and external stakeholders, whilst optimizing service, support, order processing and deliveries to ISOPLUS customers.
Primary responsibilities and tasks include:
- Ordering processing
- Invoicing
- Sales Task Coordination
- Customer Service functions
- Purchasing and coordination with production facilities
- Cross departmental collaboration
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Proven experience in internal sales and order processing.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German an advantage
- Proficient in the ERP system Navision, Outlook, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for own tasks.

- Open and approachable with a positive attitude.
- Structured and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to handle complex tasks.
Occasional travel outside of the UK may be required.
