RAUTHERMEX provides excellent thermal performance with a lambda value of 0.0199 W/mK, making it ideal for large district heating applications. For smaller networks, RAUVITHERM offers a flexible solution with PE‑X foam insulation and has been produced at REHAU’s North Wales plant since 2012.
All REHAU PE‑Xa systems are compatible with both FUSAPEX and EVERLOC™ jointing technologies, supported by REHAU installer training. EVERLOC™ compression sleeve technology has been used over one billion times worldwide and provides a visibly reliable, leak‑tight connection.
Where larger diameters are required, PP‑R offers a viable alternative to traditional materials. As with REHAU’s wider polymer portfolio, the systems provide excellent corrosion resistance and low-pressure losses, in addition to there being no need for expansion loops or leak detection.
REHAU is dedicated to supporting the rollout of high‑performance polymer heat networks, offering extensive technical and design expertise at every stage. Advanced design support includes TS1‑compliant pipe sizing, heat‑loss calculations and network planning.
