About the Role
Working closely with the Chief Sales Officer and a highly experienced sales team, you will take ownership of estimating and bid coordination—helping shape compelling, cost-effective proposals for our clients across residential and commercial developments.
You’ll be the vital link between our head office in Chessington, our Romanian manufacturing facility, and our network of suppliers and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
• Support pricing of HIUs and Energy Centres, including subcontracted mechanical labour
• Research costs for materials, transport, equipment and labour
• Obtain and assess quotes from suppliers and subcontractors within project deadlines
• Coordinate with the Romania factory to track lead-in times and cost structures
• Assess project risk levels and help define cost contingencies
• Prepare and submit quotations and tender documents
• Liaise with clients and consultants to understand project requirements and timelines
• Assist with bid submissions and documentation for new contract opportunities
• Monitor cost variations throughout the project lifecycle to ensure budget alignment

Experience in complex B2B sales environments, ideally SaaS
Solid knowledge of the UK energy & utilities market - with bonus points if you’ve worked at or sold to companies like Sycous, Skybill, etc.

Self-starter who can work independently and take full ownership of a region
Experience with Hubspot CRM is a must — bonus points for tools like LiSN, Lusha, Surfe

Key Responsibilities:
SHEQ Leadership & Strategy

Colloide – Mechanical Design Engineer
We are currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team of engineers developing and designing products for the Energy, Renewables, Water & Wastewater sectors. Working on district heating projects, chemical dosing systems and our line of water and wastewater treatment technologies. This role will be Hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Design products for the water, wastewater & Energy industries.
Create design data including 2D Drawings, Calculations, BOM, Equipment Schedules, P & I Diagrams, Control Philosophies and component specifications.
Use Solidworks & AutoCAD to create designs & fabrication drawings.
Build and maintain strong and professional relationships with clients ensuring effective communication throughout project delivery.
Track and monitor internal and external information exchanges as per ISO 90001.
Work effectively as part of the Engineering Department to deliver high quality products in line with our customers’ expectations.
Conduct quality checks on products.
Develop risk assessments and method statements for each project.
Liaise with construction team to ensure plant is delivered and installed correctly.
Commissioning of equipment.
