This vital role will help to oversee the effective management of the companys stock, kit, and consumables while supporting daily operations in the rental of water treatment equipment. Workshop-based work with some office tasks.

The successful candidate will join a small team whose varied roles include everything from talking to clients and suppliers, to servicing equipment, problem-solving, marketing, and commercial development.

Hydrosphere is the creator of patented equipment designed to clean new and existing large-scale hot and cold-water systems in an environmentally friendly way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help to service equipment (training provided)
  • Use and maintain manual tools and machinery
  • Oversee levels of stock, tools, consumables, and equipment
  • Liaise with colleagues, customers, suppliers and delivery drivers
  • Support the team in achieving key objectives and deadlines
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised work environment
  • Make recommendations for improvements

 What Were Looking For:

  • Experience using tools and handling equipment (mechanical/electrical knowledge beneficial but not essential)
  • A conscientious, reliable, and detail-oriented individual with a good attitude
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Positive, problem-solving approach
  • Good customer interaction skills
  • Ability to do some manual labour
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent team player
  • Full, clean UK drivers licence (you may be required to drive medium-sized van, forklift and pallet vehicle)
  • Hours are typically 9am-5pm (some flexibility required)
