The Gem Technology team was formed in 2021 with the purpose of developing our GEM Agility software and bringing it to market, following successful completion GEM Agility was product launched in 2022 and has subsequently gone from strength to strength with the rollout across over 50 district & communal heat networks, with over 5000 connected dwellings. GEM Agility was Highly commended at the Energy Awards in 2023 for digital innovation of the year

GEM Consultancy Services is a newly formed subsidiary of GEM Environmental Building Services established in 2021 as a proactive and expert response in assisting with the needs and requirements in delivering efficient heat networks. We deliver energy efficiency and regulatory advice that is both comprehensive and straight-forward. Heat Networks offer powerful, effective and sustainable heating solutions that align with the future development in society.
