About the Role:
Evinox UK is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support our operational projects. In this role, you will manage cost control, monitor budgets, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within financial targets. You will work closely with the operations and project teams to track project progress, prepare valuations, and report on costs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and experience in construction or engineering projects. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor project costs and budgets across operational projects
- Prepare valuations, cost reports, and financial forecasts
- Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure efficiency
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and risks
- Maintain accurate records and support project delivery
