Colloide is a highly skilled process engineering company, with specialist skills in energy, environmental, water treatment and facilities engineering solutions.
Our experience is wide ranging, from ground-breaking ‘first of its kind’ district heating projects, such as the Bunhill 2 Heat and Power Network and Viking Energy Network; through to work with major water utility installations and biomass heating systems.
Colloide have a proven track record of providing successful, renewable energy solutions to the agricultural, industrial and municipal sectors. This experience has allowed us to assist a range of organisations in becoming more sustainable through lowering their carbon footprint using the following technologies:
- District heating and cooling networks
- Energy centres
- Commercial and industrial heating systems
- Heat recovery systems
- Anaerobic digestion
- Heat pumps
- Biomass
Commercial, financial and regulatory pressures mean that energy is now widely recognised as a valuable and depleting resource. Within this sector we need to be at the cutting edge of technology and anticipate the pressures of the future as well as today. Therefore, we work with our clients to design and install sustainable systems that optimise energy efficiencies and resource recovery, and make commercial sense.
