We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our growing team. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding sales within a specific geographic region, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and fostering strong relationships with customers. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth, enhancing market share, and promoting the company’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue in the assigned region.
– Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
– Conduct regular market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

– Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
– Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
– Collaborate with the customer support and marketing teams to provide tailored solutions and value-added services.

  • Reporting & Analysis:

– Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
–  Analyse sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
