Select Plenary experience:
- University of Idaho sought a development partner to take on the operation of their existing utility infrastructure and deliver a comprehensive upgrade program to achieve their decarbonisation objectives. The four main systems included were district heating, district cooling, water distribution and electricity distribution. Plenary and Sacyr were awarded a 50-year contract to operate and maintain the University’s campus utility system and deliver certain system renovations, improvements and extensions.
- La Trobe University appointed Plenary as the preferred master development partner forits £2.8bn (AUD 5bn) “University City of the Future” project in May 2022. Plenary’s scope of services includes commercial development, financial and commercial advisory, capital arrangement and asset management. The project will also include wide-reaching upgrades to the campus’s utility system.
