DMG Delta Ltd is a multiskilled buildings services maintenance company that specialises in large commercial gas fired energy centres and plant rooms.  We work for residential and commercial managing agents plus also offices and schools.  We are an established operator of Heat Networks and have a workforce of 21 mobile engineers and 18 office staff and senior management.

We are looking to hire an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities assist with the smooth operation of the company.

Your duties will comprise (but are not limited to) the following:

Measure, Monitor and Report on Operational performance against Target.
Maintain ISO9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, maintain the VVP and Ways of working.
Review sales objectives, agree targets.  Promote customer service and delivery of contracted responsibilities, to include the quality assurance commitments that will include a complaints process.
Ensure the maintenance of all existing accreditations and affiliations.
Support staff, motivate and encourage and maintain the IIP ethos. Mentor as required. Review performance annually and set key performance requirements. Assess salary levels and motivate staff through the use of incentives.
Contribute to the business planning process, developing and defining a business plan for the next coming year. Discuss and inform employees, gauge and report on feedback.
Contribute to a longer-term 5-year plan.


You must hold a driving license and be within easy distance of the office and London (1 hour).
You should hold a trade qualification in at least one discipline.
Experienced with Heat Networks.
You should hold a H & S construction qualification and have up-to-date knowledge of health and safety practices
Knowledge of maintenance IT systems.
Professional membership is desirable.
Previous management experience and an established track record of leading a large team of empowered and engaged staff.
Established track record of delivering results and continuous improvements in service delivery.
Ability to influence and negotiate including supporting the delivery of cultural change.

Approximate Salary Range (Optional): Up to £55,000, plus company car
