L&Q is one of the UK’s leading housing associations and one of London’s largest residential developers.

The Chief Executive is David Montague.
They own or manage over 70,000 homes in London and the South East.
They were set up in 1963 and their first office was in St Mary Magdalene Church in Woolwich.
They work with over 90 local authorities in the parts of London and the South East where they have homes.
Their head office is at One Kings Hall Mews, Lewisham, London SE13 5JQ.
Their area of operation is divided into seven separate neighbourhoods. They are: North, North East, South, South East, South West, Thames and West.
L&Q Energy work with 70 specialist agencies to provide supported housing.
L&Q employs around 1,200 staff in 18 locations and offices.
