Case study – Kings Cross
Metropolitan delivered all of the site energy and utility networks. This includes a district heat network with full management of the ESCo and the retail services. This regeneration project in the centre of London will provide 2,500 new homes, University of Arts with student accommodation and over 1 million square meters of business premises including the head quarters of Google served by our energy networks.
We hold Ofgem licenses; as Independent Distribution Network Operator (IDNO) for electricity, Independent Gas Transporter (IGT) for gas and Ofwat Inset Licences for water and wastewater. As a fully Lloyds accredited Multi Utility provider and a CHAS registered company, our networks are installed to the highest industry standards.
